Fantastic Stay in a Great Location!
convenient location helpful staff free water
I found the location very convenient. It was close to City Hall station. I used exit 7. There are also many nearby shops and restaurants to explore. The staff were pleasant and booked a taxi for my departure day. They also provided free bottled water daily.

location near the city hall station was great. i found myeongdong shopping area was only a short walk. the staff was very kind and always willing to assist me. i appreciated the clean and spacious room and the excellent housekeeping service.
the breakfast option was a little limited, so i prefer explore nearby cafes.

the location proved convenient near subway stations and local stores. rooms were super clean a daily cleaning service was definitely appreciated. i found the beds and pillows provided comfortable support for good sleep. staff members were consistently kind and helpful .
i noticed the tv colors needed adjustment it was difficult to watch movies due to the overly dark settings.

the location is definitely a plus. It was easy to reach via the airport limousine. major attractions were very accessible from the hotel. the staff were polite.
the bed mattress was loud, it wasn't comfy either. It felt too springy. my sleep was not relaxing. the tv colors were set too dark. i could not change it, so it was impossible to watch anything.
